RISOTTO WITH PROSECCO

Risotto with Prosecco is an excellent first course easy to prepare. Impress your guests with an elegant dish and maybe paired with good wine as our Prosecco DOC Tranquillo “la Ziliera”.

INGREDIENTI:

  • 300g di rice “vialone nano”
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 glass of Prosecco wine
  • 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 spoon of parmesan
  • 500ml vegetable soup
  • salt q.b.

 

 

PREPARATION 

Finely slice the shallots and fry it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add the rice previously rinsed under running water.
Toasted briefly the rice and continue cooking by adding the vegetable soup and a pinch of salt.

When it’s almost cooked, pour in the Prosecco DOC Tranquillo “la Ziliera”.
Finally serve the risotto with slivers of Parmesan.

Slivers of Parmesan: Put in the oven, with grill mode, the grated parmesan. After a few moments you will have a golden cheese wafer, then remove from oven and let rest a few minutes. Serve the slivers over your risotto.
