Young wine with a brilliant and crystalline straw yellow given by its fine and persistent effervescence. It smells acacia flowers, date and loquat with apple and pear notes. It’s lightly palatable, fresh and nice for its light sapidity. It is a versatile wine, ideal for aperitifs, natural oysters, salted meat dishes, quiches and vegetable dishes. Excellent with home biscuits.
