Located in the heart of Veneto, Valdobbiadene is a region celebrated for its rich winemaking tradition.

At Rebuli, we deeply believe in the unique value of the Valdobbiadene territory and the dedication of the people who passionately cultivate its land. In today’s world, environmental responsibility has become a cornerstone of every industry—and winemaking is no exception.

FROM THE VINEYARD TO THE CELLAR

Innovation and sustainability

Our company aims to be an example in the wine world, demonstrating that sustainability and quality can go hand in hand.

Each bottle of Rebuli wine is a reflection of our company philosophy, a combination of tradition, innovation and respect for the environment.

We harvest
the grapes
manually

Manual harvesting, although laborious, is of fundamental importance for the quality of the wine. By allowing a careful and accurate selection of ripe and healthy grapes and at the same time allowing us to leave unsuitable ones on the plant, this practice preserves the integrity of the bunches, minimizing oxidation and allowing a rapid transformation of the grapes into must. This artisanal approach ensures a richer and more complex aromatic profile, contributing to the production of excellent wines with a unique and distinctive character.

We take care of the land and the environment

We firmly believe that a wine produced in perfect harmony with nature not only expresses superior quality, but also tells a profound story, imbued with passion, respect and unparalleled dedication. Our goal is to reduce the ecological footprint, while preserving the integrity and richness of the territory, to offer our customers not only an excellent product, but also a testimony of our commitment to a sustainable future.

We control the supply chain from start to finish

All the grapes we work with come exclusively from our own vineyards, carefully monitored by our team at every stage of the process. From planting the vines to pruning, from harvesting to all the agronomic practices, we follow every detail with dedication and passion. This total control allows us to guarantee the highest quality of our products and to adopt sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. Our meticulous attention to every stage of grape cultivation ensures that every bottle of wine we produce is a reflection of our expertise, commitment and love for viticulture.

We use
renewable
energy

Our commitment to sustainability is evident in our adoption of renewable energy sources. A photovoltaic system covering 493 square meters with 300 solar modules meets 78% of our energy needs.

By significantly reducing our reliance on traditional energy sources and lowering CO2 emissions, this system powers most of our production activities in an environmentally friendly way. Solar energy enables us to maintain our high standards while promoting a greener, more sustainable future.

For the bottles
we use
recycled
materials

Sustainability is at the core of our packaging choices. Our bottles are made with 75% recycled glass, and the corks are sourced from sustainably managed and traceable forests. Our labels are crafted from 100% recycled paper, and we have eliminated the use of plastic materials to further reduce our environmental impact.

Even the capsule and cage are made from recyclable aluminum, ensuring every component aligns with our eco-friendly vision.

We adopt green practices from the vineyard to the cellar

Environmental responsibility guides every aspect of our work, from the vineyard to the cellar. We reuse and purify wastewater from the cellar, reducing water waste. In the cellar, we prioritize physical processing methods over chemical ones, minimizing the use of additives and significantly reducing the sulphite content in our sparkling wines. These practices allow us to craft wines that are as respectful to nature as they are exceptional in quality.
